@jasminseats: As someone who isn’t a ‘runner’ this lil challenge was one of the best things I have done for myself this year… If that little voice in your head (your lower self) is getting a little too loud for your liking, challenge yourself to do something every day for 3-5 weeks. Make the challenge achievable. For me that was running 3kms every day. I knew some days I would be able to run so much further that and other days, that would be my threshold. Last night was my first run post challenge. 6kms with 50% nasal breathing. I FELT FIT AF!!! And let me tell you, there is NO better feeling than being fit. To be able to run without getting out of breathe??? Magical. Make the thing you find hard your Bitch and the rest of your daily decisions come with ease. Yeah I’m a runner now xx #Running
