Mmm caribou is the best meat ever ! You can cook it as stir fry , meat and gravy over rice , stroganoff , you name it . ! You can grind it too for spaghetti and tacos ! Mmmmm

Less peppers I also use the precut or I cut them . And for wild less fat meat I add extra butter 1/2 to whole extra stick.
