@hgualy: Getting up from the ground with bilateral leg weakness is hard and scary!! Thankfully, I found an easy-ish way to get up (as long as my feet didn’t slip) using a little bit of yoga (downward dog / inchworm). Three months out from the injury and I still cannot get up from the ground only using my legs and need to use upoer body strength. Knowing how to get up without any assistive devices was so important to me to feel comfortable leaving the house!
