I did the same thing. Lived way below my means. Paid off my house in 7 years. I sold on whatnot my belongings. We both make over 6 figures each and lived like college students.

That’s great, but that money would have made you more if you would have invested it. Unless your rate was higher than 7%, which I doubt, future you lost out.
