ive used it for almost a year and my kp is no longer raised bumps but the spots/stubborn ingrowns can still be present so using any lotion with an exfoliant + net sponge is an elite combo

Agree with the comments about using lotion. Exfoliation will give you smooth skin but only if you lock in moisture immediately afterwards
