As a team lead, the reason you are getting so many hours is because they don’t like handing out OT. They will use part-timers to insure that a full-time employee doesn’t go over that 80 hour mark.

that's normal. part timers get full time hours with no benefits. you question it, they tell you it's normal and that will die down, it dies down, you get scheduled 2 or 3 days, you quit, rinse and rep

They had me like this as a part timer for 3 months, then hitting 4 months there they cut my hours a bit but even then my TLs still kept me for full shifts. Now I’m a 5-2 OPD associate 🙃
