Follow each step and enjoy baking! 🥰 📝 Ingredients for the Dough: - 250 g all-purpose flour, sifted (2 cups) - 30 g sugar (2 ½ tbsp) - 1 pinch of salt - 1 heaping tsp dry yeast (1 ¼ tsp) - 120 ml lukewarm milk (½ cup) - 1 medium egg (¼ cup) - 40 g soft butter (3 tbsp) - 1 tsp vanilla extract (1 tsp) Filling: •	Hazelnut spread (chocolate spread) For Brushing: •	1 egg yolk 🤍 Instructions: 1.	Make a well in the sifted flour. Add the dry yeast with 1 tsp sugar and 2–3 tbsp of lukewarm milk to the well. Lightly stir, cover, and let it sit until the yeast starts to foam (about 10 minutes). 2.	Add the remaining ingredients. Knead everything into a smooth dough using a dough hook. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size. 3.	Knead the dough again on a floured surface. Divide it into two equal parts and shape them into balls. 4.	Roll out one dough ball into a circle, about 25 cm in diameter, and cut it into 8 equal triangles. 5.	Before filling, gently stretch each triangle slightly lengthwise and widthwise using your hands or a small roller to enlarge the shape and make the buns airier. 6.	Place a teaspoon of chocolate spread on the wider side of each triangle and spread it slightly. Fold the wide edge once over the filling and press the edges firmly. 7.	Make 5 slits in the remaining part of the triangle, cutting toward the tip but not all the way through. Roll the triangle toward the tip and connect the ends to form a crescent shape. 8.	Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise again for about 20 minutes. 9.	Brush with egg yolk.
