@_picknpay: ​ This Asian-flavoured infused oil is a scrumptious way to jazz up stir-fries, chicken dishes or even instant noodles. Store in the fridge for up to 3 months – that’s if you don’t use it up long before then. ​ 🧄 Deep-fry slices of garlic, ginger and onions on low heat until crispy and golden. ​ ✨Cool the oil slightly, and then add cinnamon, star anise, cardamom and a bay leaf. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. ​ 🔥 Strain out the whole spices and reheat the oil up to 180°C.​ 🌶️ Add desiccated coconut, chopped chillies, sliced spring onions, roasted peanuts, soy sauce, honey and miso paste into a jar. ​ ‍❤️‍🔥 Pour the hot oil into the jar.​ 🍽Stir in all the crispy ingredients and leave to cool. ​ ​ Store in glass jars in the fridge and add a spoon to your next feast! ​ ​ #PnP #ChilliCrisp #Chilli #Spicy #PnPxMasterChef
