Started my career in printers/copiers. worked on them for 15 years before transitioning to IT. printers aren't bad when you know how to fix/install them. did it for many IT depts in the past.

the printers I work at work flawlessly.. we just renew support once they run out and when we have an issue with connecting to the printer we just restart the printer service on the printer server
