honest question. is it OK to leave the tablets for a week out of their packaging? like do they get affected by our humidity? I take 5 pills a day too but I pack them in their pkging

I am too! Its already two years. My test are all good now except for my antibodies issue which we’re waiting for them to drop further. I think the issue for me is I consume too much ultra processed

hi, I have graves too but I'm only on thyroxine and vit d atm, is selenium required too? my specialist didn't mention this to me 🤔

i had only thyroxine and they call it a day.. after 3mths my thyroid level go down,no need meds alrdy😅 how like tht but i have PCOS.

I’m recovering fm Graves’ disease. It’s been 4 years so far, on Carbimazole 5mg 1 tablet/night. This month, blood test shows finally all within normal range. Hang in there, it does get better. ❤️
