Oven proof dish, wipe with butter,fill with grated cheese ( mixed types ) , few eggs ( yolks intact ) on top, add some milk,season, put in oven till cheese melted and eggs cooked. Out of oven 👍🏼

See this temp and time makes sense! I’ve made some a couple times but the times always say for 20-22 minutes! Mine always came out dry and not very good! I’ll do this next time for sure!!
