No, I only got constipation around 1mg mark and took supplements to help. Mild nausea around 1mg but nothing terrible and lasted less than 24 hours. Did you diet and exercise? I tried to exercise but it wasn’t realistic for me so no. But once I got weight off I became much more active with the kids. As far as diet I didn’t do a diet plan I just focused on getting in protein and portion control but I allowed myself to eat all my favorite foods in moderation. The medication suppressed my appetite and quieted my food noise so much that it wasn’t ever an issue. Won’t I gain weight back? The medication doesn’t cause weight gain when you stop, just like with any weight loss program you have to keep up healthy habits. I haven’t dieted or anything just feel good and move around more and haven’t had an issue. Isn’t this cheating? Absolutely the f not. I NEEDED help and there’s no shame in asking for it.
