You need to pull your lashes back and up from your eye and also pull down your waterline with your pointer finger and have the contacts on your middle finger and put it in. It wont hurt as much 😊

The first time I tried to put my prescription contacts in when I was 12, I was in the optometrists office for 45 minutes. I got it in one eye. They told me I had to leave after that.
