the silence in the parking lot scene instead of dramatic/scary music was SO eerie and such a great choice. the truth is the silence is so loud and defeaning in moments of danger like that.

I watch true crime all the time and laugh at how cheesy horror films are. This movie right here gave me the “check your car backseat before getting into it” feeling the entire time. TERRIFYING.

That restaurant scene for me really did it, the way it starts off with background chatter but as the conversation gets more intense suddenly it’s dead silent and I think that worked perfectly.
