back leg side kick is what my students struggle the most with. front leg is non-issue

For anyone wanting to practice: Stand behind a chair, take a step back, kick over the chair without touching it. To increase difficulty, stand a bit closer to it. This should help towards a more solid and stable kick. If you touch the back of the chair, you're likely not raising your knee enough. Good luck! 🥋
