Yes! Also I feel it's a good idea to desensitize your dog to the sound so when you have to use it, you don't freak out your own dog!

This constantly happens where I live because a lady on their third floor lets their reactive dog out and doesn’t watch them for hours 🙄

I have one! My only comment is taking the time to condition your dog to the sudden sound especially if they’re sound sensitive so they don’t flea or get spurred on even more.

As someone who has had a pet corrector fail on me, I use a rechargeable noise device now! It sounds like a taser, but it’s completely harmless & works the same!

The amount of times I’ve been on a walk with my GSD in the city and RANDOM UNLEASHED DOGS run up to us is crazy. Pet correctors save lives!!

Not necessarily to break up a fight, but I had a trainer tell me to keep a pouch of cheap treats/kibble on me to throw at off leash, uncontrolled dogs that run up. Gives you time to get away.

We just rescued a 2 yr old pup and he is super sweet but every time we go for outside play he nips at my kids when they’re running. He’s not being aggressive, he’s excited to play but we obviously 1/2
