I've used vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for years & love it. Just turned 49 & people think I'm in my 30s 🤪 It does make sense to switch them up, also just heard to use coconut oil in drinks so the Collagen Peptides bind to the fat & allows the body to process it better 🤷♀️
