my back acne disappeared when i stopped re-wearing clothes without washing. my sleepshirts were my main culprit. or if wore a tank with a sweatshirt. that sweatshirt needed to be washed. and then like bed linens too.

Do you use conditioner? Because every time I used it my back was all acne. Now I do my hair upside down when i put it in. Than in a knot and when i rinse it i do my hair again upside down. It helps me

Stop using the loofah, just wash with your hands and natriums body wash worked for me. The game changer was not using the loofah

Make sure you rinse your conditioner first and THEN wash ur back. I used to apply Vaseline to my back and no more back blemishes 🥰
