I don’t know… but I DO know that it’s delicious! 😋 Btw save your hands and fingers by using the pumpkin purée from @koro_de and SAVE 5% with „fitgreenmind“!🤗 RECIPE (3-4 servings, 50min prep time): -200g pumpkin purée (a bit less if yours is more watery) -180g flour -a good pinch of salt Knead for about 5 mins. Cover and let it rest while preparing the sauce (10-30mins). Dust with flour and cut in pieces using a scissor. Cook in salted water until the pasta is floating to the top. Sauce: -1 onion -1 carrot -1 stalk celery -3 cloves garlic, finely chopped -a good chunk of vegan butter Sauté 3-4mins. -1 Tbsp tomato paste -a splash of balsamic vinegar or 80ml red wine Add to the pan. -1 can (220g) cooked lentils, pulsed in a food processor -500ml tomato sauce -salt, pepper and dried Italian herbs to taste Let it simmer, then stir in the cooked pasta with some pasta water. Abdecken und ruhen lassen, während die Sauce zubereitet wird (10–30 Minuten). Mit Mehl bestäuben und mit einer Schere in Stücke schneiden. In Salzwasser kochen, bis die Nudeln oben schwimmen.
