@serramoonfood: You've never eaten Turkish red lentil soup THIS good before!! 🇹🇷🥣 Türkiye has more than 300 soups and I'm on a mission to try all of them. Today, on episode 1 of 300, the first soup I'm making is red lentil soup which is also called mercimek çorba in Turkish. Ingredients: 1.5 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 potato 0.5 tsp salt & pepper 0.5 cup red lentils 3 cups of hot water Secret ingredient: mom’s broth mixture 🤫 Jk it's just broth powder mixed with water Garnish: A bit of butter, olive oil & pul biber 🌶️ Dried mint Fresh parsley & a squeeze of lemon There's a reason this soup is my ABSOLUTE favourite!! #lentilsoup #comfortfood #secretingredient #Recipe #turkishfood #turkishsoup #soupseries #soupszn #soupseason #cozysoup #cozymealrecipe #turkiye
