I think that Powder was cursed with a Jinx curse as soon as she picked up the hex tech gem in Jayce’s apartment because right after that it caused the apartment room to blow up, then she lost the bag her and the group stole into the water later on, and then soon after that she accidentally 💀 her adoptive family. So basically I just think that she was doomed with bad luck at that exact moment and how she gained the ability to jinx people and reality itself from the supposed hex tech curse that she possibly inherited.
