@theleakyboob: POV: feeling good about the milk you got but then yoh notice your pumping nips. Don’t worry this probably wont happen to you! And if it does, check your flange size. Though the tissue can be pretty elastic and some more so than others, prevent swollen nips with well fitting flanges and not turning the suction on your pump up too strong (stronger doesn’t mean better or more output- turn it just to where you are a little uncomfortable and then turn it back down- being uncomfortable can inhibit milk letdown). A little swelling is normal (suction will do that), it shouldn’t be extereme.
