@nicktalksmoney: Debit vs Credit cards: which is BETTER?💳 IF you’re a financially responsible person, the answer is pretty obvious… Credit cards have infinitely more benefits than credit cards, but there is that ever-present risk of accruing interest if you don’t make your payments on-time. But if you ALWAYS make your payments on-time, you shouldn’t EVER get charged interest. I got my first credit card 7+ years ago, have used credit cards to pay for basically everything since then, and haven’t been charged a CENT in interest yet simply because I pay off my balances every month. Not saying credit cards are the best option for everyone - definitely steer clear if you think they’ll cause you to have impulse control problems or you’re not confident you’ll be able to make on-time payments - but they definitely aren’t the villain they’re made out to be. …assuming you get a card that offers a good signup bonus + rewards.
