I had a very unpleasant experience at this club. I made a reservation in advance, but when I arrived, the table they assigned was not what I preferred. I found another available table and asked to switch. Even though that table had an upcoming reservation, the staff guaranteed multiple times that if I paid first, I could use the table I preferred. I confirmed this twice before paying, and they still assured me I would definitely get that table. However, the moment the payment was completed, they changed their words and told me I could not switch tables. They insisted I use the standing table that I clearly said I didn’t want. I requested a refund since I paid based on their guarantee, and I had not even opened any bottles — but they refused. Even the club manager failed to handle the situation properly, and instead of solving the issue, the staff tried to force me out of the club as shown in the attached video. This is completely unacceptable. They misled me, took my money under false promises, and provided zero customer service. Be very careful and make sure everything is truly confirmed before you pay — their words changed right after the payment. Honestly, it’s not even worth one star.⭐
