I’m very late seeing this video, but just going to offer this in case you are still struggling. You might have histamine intolerance or MCAS which would require looking at low histamine food lists to try and help. I’m struggling with the same thing. Hopefully you are doing better now 💕

What has been helping me is Vaseline 100% natural aloe vera. Also, yesterday I started using snail mucin. I hear that it helps.

Does it burn, like on fire? I have a condition on my right side of my cheek called Erythromelalgia that gets like this... very red, angry and feels like it's hot and burning. Look up the condition.

It looks like rosacea, which I have too. You need a dermatologist - there’s a lot they can do! I had a laser treatment and moved to Dermalogica skin care. I’m flare-free. You can fix it, promise! 🤗

Update: I went to different primary care and she recommended I try metronidazole gel 1%. This is a prescription and she also recommended going to a place that does micro needling. I hope this helps

I’m dealing with the same thing right now it’s so odd! It’s hot, red and a little bumpy even! Even dry. I have cut out sugar and processed carbs even and it doesn’t help

Not sure if you ever got an answer but I don’t have a cure just a bandaid. The only thing that works for me is prescription rhofade (for rosacea) and get checked for lupus, I was diagnosed last year. Only use Vanicream (my allergist said it’s the only products he could confidently recommend). I also have acne so I feel you

1.) So I get this crazy facial flushing that'll happen out of nowhere towards the end of the working day. It starts at my neck, ears then goes up to my cheek & it's hot to the touch.
