@goodmorningbritain: A report out today criticises ultra-processed foods for the obesity crisis, claiming they are heavily marketed and cheaper than their healthier alternatives. But should we ultimately take responsibility for being fat?
But we need to look at people working long hours to make ends meet so it’s quicker and often cheaper to buy processed foods.

The issue is these highly processed foods are cheaper and more accessible than whole foods. A lot of people don’t have a choice at all

Batch cooking is so much cheaper and healthier. And you only need to do it once or twice a week.
