These side returns look beautiful but I understand that they are extremely costly. I’ve also been told they may over time, weaken the foundations of old Victorian houses. I’d love to speak to someone who has had one of these constructions for 15 years+ to discuss their experience. With hearing costs goi g up I’m also interested in how much heating bills increased.
