As a nail technician for 30 years my opinion and experience are, have breaks between acrylic gel or whatever is being used no matter what your nail tech says and use oils creams Take care of your 1/2

Not fungus, it’s dermatitis and allergy to the chemicals in jell polish and possibly monomer. Every time you it it, it will get worse. Time will heal but you hopefully can use regular polish. ❤️

Yes I was a nail tech and I formed and allergy exactly the same and went from acrylic to gel and same thing happens and now I can’t use gel polish either

Yes, I went through that. When I told the salon they didn’t believe me until my regular finally changed it to another type it worked. But these places act like you are crazy and imagining it.
