I had this exact thing happen for me. I went undiagnosed for ADHD for most of my life and finally got diagnosed 4 years ago. The difference I saw in my gameplay once medicated was like night and day.

I feel like ADHD is my blessing & curse for dungeons / raids 😂 I make the big numbers go brrrrr but then if I don't get some sort of Q / reminder of a mechanic I will 100% get blindsided by it 🤣

I have been diagnosed since like 2011, yet due to Family hating disabilities or something & the meds being “Addictive” & being abused by ppl. I havent even been able to TRY Medication yet 😩
