I've heard in your videos that you don't agree with talking through behaviour tantrums, but how can we help them process emotions? From my experience, it happens organically. You want them to learn how to process their own emotions. When you're a leader, it tends to calm them down, so there's less intense emotions to process. In my opinion, you can't really help someone process through an emotion. And also, tantrums are not bad behaviour, they are a loss of emotional control at not getting their own way.
