i saw something where a kid had 2 moms and they said Mommy *first name* when reffering to one of them specifically. But if it was just the kid and 1 parent he would just say mom

So I have lesbian parents, we usually call them mom however, they don't mind if we call them their names so we usually just call them by their names, i know it may seem rude but it's what works for us
