Makes sense since zen does 300h/s and Juno does 100h/s making it 400h/s but if both dps are shooting at him the healing is reduced by 40% making it 240h/s and then factor in all the damage received together by the opposing team causing rein to die

With the damage increases, transcendence needs to be buffed or just changed to an immortality. Bap and Kiri have immortality on cooldowns, I don't think immortality on an ult would be game breaking
