I would aviod elastic hair ties, and I would brush it forward and apply some baby hair products to calm her hair and use the stearchy headbands (nylon) with a medium size bow.

As someone who had a daughter that had a old man hairline, I regret not not shaving her head so that it would grow evenly. She’s 8 now and has more hair in the front than the back.
