But like, you’re technically not committing any unethical action by being an employee. Let me paint a picture in your mind, if an employee such is asked to make sales of a product which might be getting produced in some unethical ways, it is not the morals of the employee being put to test because that is their job. To respectfully make a sale and profit. Therefore, in many cases it could be the producer of that unethical product at fault or maybe a customer who is aware of the situation. But the salesperson is only following job orders. Same thing in OF, the producer of product/content along with customers are at fault within the terms of moral obligation. The ones who are morally and ethically responsible are the ones avoiding the unethical products.
