I swear I almost made this same video earlier but drained it off before I thought about it. Chicken is gross these days. And in the past I didn’t have this issue. I have to keep draining the water off to get any color on my meat!

Don’t overcrowd the pan, wait for it to heat up properly and don’t salt way ahead of time. That’ll solve all you issues.

I freeze my meat from fresh then defrost it when needed, the water comes out that way when it defrosts and you don't get all this.

its because it was salted before it got to fry a little and the oil is not a good one. Be sure to use one better because they put water in regular oil too

i moved to the uae and here the frozen chicken is cheap and I thought oh they might do the same in the UK and tks not no water is pumped into it its great shaha
