I let my partner have the bed a few times once I was up and about and felt comfortable after birth. the midwifes would stare him out until I said I let him have the bed as he can't sleep on the floor.

I was a full month on my sisters house when she gave birth, i needed to make sure the baby was breathing 24/7. But luckily she had that full month to get better and sleep all the time she wanted

I made my husband sleep next to me on the bed 😂 He said it was worse than the small couch/bed cause he was trying not to push me or fall off 😅 "whoops... I was just trying to help"

My husband slept on my legs on the bed after my 45 hour labour. He was EXTREMELY tired because he genuinely didn’t sleep, whereas I did here and there.

I couldn’t sleep the whole time I was in the hospital but as soon as I got home my fiancé told me to sleep and that he had the baby, he basically forced me to stay in bed
