he didn't say they are free. he said eligible for parole. which means they have to go in front of a board and plead their case and why the should be released. they can still be denied by the board

While this is good news, eligible for parole doesn’t necessarily mean they will be released. They still have to go before the parole board. I’m sure it’ll go well tho

For the ppl that don't get it, a judge needs to confirm yes or no for the resentence, and if yes then they'll go infront of a parole board and they'll decide if the brothers will be released or not.

it's not immediately, it will go before a judge tomorrow. If the judge doesn't agree with the DA then that's it. If the judge agrees, then it goes before parole board, who can still deny parole
