I had my scoliosis surgery when I was in sixth grade the recovery was the hardest part..but it’s been years and I’m thriving, I’m not allowed to do competitive horseback riding anymore still sad tbh

Had this surgery 35 years ago , It took some time but now I golf ,surf , hike and play pickle ball. Relying on regular stretching, strength training and massage. Good luck

everything ur told not to do u wanna do and it drives u crazy I wasn't allowed to walk with an assist but I did any way and I made excuses to use the bathroom so I could walk
