probably the fan blade has worn out from the wear of the wings and is out of tolerance

when they fixed your fan if they took off the blades/ fan and the fan is not in the right position inside the housing it won't work right.

Take the screen off it shouldn’t take corn with it. If it does make a vent hole in pipe to control suction. Like a vacuvator tube.

Check the run cap on the motor on that fan it looks very similar to the ones I work on

1by1or 3/4by3/4 screen would help allow more bees wings and allow less plugging. yes possibly a kennel but they usually fan and sucken isn't stronger to get to fan

How big is your wet bin? And how many bushel can you dry in a 24hr period running continuous? Similar setup here but gramps always wants to run batch on

We just use an old furnace fan to blow the red dog out when going into the dryer and coming out of the cooling bin
