I was honest ONCE and I quit therapy as soon as I was released from the ward. I haven’t been back since because she would record all of it and email the session to my parents, no privacy.

i love my therapist, i can talk about my thougts very openly. we have a good understanding about it, when it's getting to a point it gets dangerous i'll tell her. and we make a plan together.

Had therapists freak out and call CPS on me. Did not make me feel supported or comfortable or whatever. Just an immediate CPS call and sending me out the door when I’m maybe 14 :(
