I was honest ONCE and I quit therapy as soon as I was released from the ward. I haven’t been back since because she would record all of it and email the session to my parents, no privacy.

i love my therapist, i can talk about my thougts very openly. we have a good understanding about it, when it's getting to a point it gets dangerous i'll tell her. and we make a plan together.

I told my therapist I wanted to our first session, she said she had a client out front to talk to, and brought in emergency services and I was sent to the ward. She was also a really bad therapist

My therapist did this. The ambulance came, and asked me a few questions, looked at the therapist and said “you need to listen more.” Then they left. And I made a complaint.

I’m so thankful for my therapist :) she didn’t freak out and helped me. And only reported it once it was it got to intent. And I got help!

If they tell you that they're actively PLANNING something then yeah, tell someone, but thoughts/ideas don't equal plans
