I spent most of my adult life as a bodybuilder. I competed against some of the best bodybuilders the world has ever seen. I stood on the Mr Olympia stage.  After I retired, I bought my own gym and proceeded to develop and prep bodybuilders for competitions. I had a successful team called “TeamSavage”, named after my mother, her maiden name was Savage. I prepped bodybuilders from 1991 until 2017 when I realised how dangerous it had become. There were a few things I observed: 1 Bodybuilding became about how many drugs one can abuse. 2 The amateur level became a tissue loss contest. I actually find it nauseating when I see how emaciated some of them look on stage. 3 Junk food like cereal bars, whey protein, sweets, etc became synonymous with bodybuilding. 4 Insulin abuse became the norm. 5 Bodybuilders started dropping like flies and nothing was being done by the industry collectively to prevent the deaths. 6 Every Tom, Dick and Harry became an online coach after competing only, and proceeded to dish out dangerous advice. 7 I started noticing the decline of the mental health of many of the youngsters because of eating ultra processed products. 8 Whey and other protein products became the main source of protein for most gym goers. 9 Skin conditions due to poor gut health. 10 Mofos started counting calories! The list is endless! Guys, there is a simpler, more effective, healthier, and a cheaper way to build muscle. Let me prove it to you. I have a muscle building ebook that will teach you how.
