My son had it when he was two and he had ulcers in the back of his throat so they gave him the magic mouthwash which is I believe malox and Benadryl and it worked wonders and we finally got better

get benedryl anti itch cream and rub all over his body during every diaper change and then if they are open blisters layer on top of it a triple antibiotic and cover his bumps with breathable clothes!

Coconut oil on his body! It helped my baby so much with the itching and drying the sores in a day!!

Keep him well hydrated since he is probably having trouble eating and drinking. We used syringe to give some Pedialyte

My son got this when he was 2 I used calamine lotion and talc free powder to dry out the rash. Once it was in the peeling stage I used the aquaphore and kept his hands covered.

My 2yr old son went thru this last month. His was a mild case, but hydrocortisone cream, along w/ Benadryl, Aquaphor & oatmeal bath helped. Seems like you done about most of it 🙏🥰

When my son had hfm I did this exact routine but gave him a dose of benedryl at night to help with the itching

My son just had HFM. Majority of the items people have commented I used as well and it worked so much. Now my son has RSV 😭 But I hope your baby feels better

as a ex daycare worker who is dealt with this themselves you're doing everything you can I might suggest to have chamomile tea just to help settle his system down before bed as long as he is 6 months
