Make sure you add blocking. Put it where your toilet paper will hang, your towels, tvs of course and anything you know you are going to have something like that I wish my house had it

Same ! The house we just moved from was older built in 70s and we had SO MANY closets !! Literally had a coat closet , & two hall closets alone plus the rooms and laundry room storage. It’s a MUST now

Go ahead and run CAT6 cable throughout before you put up drywall. Best thing I did when building.

Not sure about code in your country, normally y they require green plate anywhere word touches concrete. Framing inspector might have you change it since there isn’t a moisture barrier.

I have in floor heating in my home, and I’m in Maine, just be ready to use a lot of propane in the winter if you don’t have your thermostat set to 65 or below (I know that sounds cold but 1/2
