The reason it looked like that is probably because they used tap water in it previously. Should put distilled water in drive for about 40 miles then drain again and fill with proper 50/50 coolant.

haha the comments. he's flushing it. meaning all that water is coming back out. why would you spend money on distilled water to empty it back out of the.engine before you add new coolant?
