The pandemic helped my needle phobia SO MUCH bc I was so excited to have the immunization finally. It’s still so scary, but now I can do it without a panic attack or crying almost every time ᵕ̈

My doctor always makes me wait in his waiting room for 10 minutes after I get any shot and his nurse has to sign off that I’m okay before I leave bc I hate needles so much. I’m 34 😂

I passed out and hit my head on the counter the last time. They made me sign a release that I wouldn’t sue them for negligence bc I told them I hated needles and needed to lay down to get them.

I have tattoos and gotten my septum piercing and my snake bites since 3 times each, I'm still scared of getting infections or getting blood work done 😭😭

I’m 34 & my biggest fear is needles. I literally bought numbing cream on Amazon & wrapped my arm in Saran Wrap to soak in before my COVID shots. It’s the only way I got through it. I still cried tho😂
