@kat.bakescakes: Freezer friday. One thing i like to do to help extend the life and reduce waste of quality Parmesan cheese is freeze it. It can last in the freezer for up to about 6 months, versus two months in the refrigerator. It thaws quickly so it doesn’t require major planning. Just date a feezer bag and remove as much air as possible.
