@thecurrentplace: I got to try the biggest fruit in the world… It tasted like mango and a banana got it on one night and created this beast of a fruit and called it Jack….Aka Jackfruit! But in all seriousness it actually tastes like a banana and a mango mixed together, the texture was different and the layout was so alien to me but I loved it! And even more so I loved it cooked! I didn’t think I would enjoy the cooked version but I must say Jack tastes pretty damn good 😂 Weirdly enough jackfruit tastes just like pulled pork, and now I’m curious to know if vegans and vegetarians eat this all the time?
