The problem with the Dark Knight, really the whole Nolan trilogy , Batman is never the main character lol. He gets outshined by all the villains. The Batman is hands down the better film

The Batman drags, is too convoluted, would have benefited from dropping subplots, the narration is weird and jarring . Batman Begins and Dark Knight never drag, better written and shot.

"hes not that good of a detective though" that's by design. they wanted to portray a batman in the beginning of his career. his inexperienced, but he's learning.
