Next time add a couple of Macintosh apples. I make peanut brittle minus peanuts and I dip the brittle in the soup.

Awesome looking, try a couple of parsnips next time they add the perfect sweet profile…type 2 diabetic here, I use parsnips to sweet soups and stews
