My husband has Alzheimer’s & this is so needed. I pay for a caregiver for 4 hours a week just to get a break but can’t afford more. As his disease progresses I know it’ll get more costly.

I'm a caregiver outside the home & for my 80 yr old mom in the home if I could get paid although I'm happy to help my mom free (over 6 yrs) it would help my overall household financially.

It’s crazy how little safety net there is for us when it comes to elder care. Everyone ages, everyone’s parents will. It’s been a wild experience with my mom this year 😭

My family won the grant from the Rogen’s to care for my gma with Alzheimer’s. Only way we were able to pay for caregivers. Thank you

I’ve been diagnosed with chronic microvascular ischemic disease which can lead to early Alzheimer’s. I’m 51 & already having memory issues. It’s scary. 💙🥰

Voted already!!! I lost my job in April and am the full time caregiver for my husband (54). We are living off of unemployment and disability. Hope we see this in my husbands lifetime.

My grandmother suffered from Alzheimer’s and it was heartbreaking. I can’t even put it into works the pain. And the pain of watching my mother completely give up her life for 5 years. We need this!

We are going through this with my grandpa right now. In AZ he pays $7000 a month and that still doesn’t cover full time care. He wondered into someone else’s room and now they want him to pay $8k 🥺
